In 2013, I made my first craft brewery visit to a remote industrial area west of Richmond VA to a little place called Midnight Brewery. The experience was overwhelming and the beer phenomenal but there was no food. On my next visit the following weekend I brought fresh salsa and shared with the owner and all the patrons. After some prodding by the owner, DaddyG's was born and we started selling it exclusively at his taproom. People started talking and before you know it, what started as an occasional "hobby business" had become extremely popular with craft beer fans and is now available all over Virginia!
